How do I find resources for my situation?

Are all the resources on this site free?

Many resources listed are free or offered on a sliding-fee scale based on income. Each resource listing includes information about costs and eligibility requirements. If cost is a concern, we can help you find free alternatives.

How do I know if I'm eligible for a service?

Each resource listing includes eligibility requirements when applicable. These may include income limits, residency requirements, or other criteria. If you're unsure, we recommend contacting the organization directly or reaching out to us for guidance.

I found outdated information. How do I report it?

We appreciate your help keeping our directory accurate! You can report outdated information by clicking the "Report outdated info" button on any resource page, or by contacting us directly. We review all reports and update information as quickly as possible.

How can I add my organization to the directory?

We welcome new resources! Visit our Submit a Resource page to suggest an organization. Our team reviews all submissions to ensure they meet our quality standards. The review process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Is my information kept private?

Yes, we take privacy seriously. We don't share your personal information with third parties. When you contact a resource through our site, you're dealing directly with that organization. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.

What if I need help in an emergency?
